Ratings and reviews

Overall pretty good experience. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the vast amount of expensive chinese glass on the app and people trying to use alterante payment methods. The sheer amount of chinese garbage bloats the explore page. There IS an option to filter out chinese glass but come one guys.... It would also be nice if users could add cash to theyre wallet or "glass credits". Great buyer and seller protection tho! Fast customer service when you encounter a problem as well!

This is a 5/5 knowing it'll get up there, right now I find it a 4/5 because it has been buggy as of recently with loading some things and searching things being on the fritz, usually a restart is what it takes to get it back to normal or clearing cache on the app... Nothing too intense, for me, these guys seem to be really on top of improving it and I don't want that to offset anything about the app. I have made multiple purchases some being in app and it works flawlessly, no money issues ever.

Had an issue with an order and customer service was not helpful whatsoever but thought "good vibes" would make it better. Then they reached out 5 months later in response to the review. Sorry, but too little wayyy too late. Not sure how you can help 5 months later.
