So the update is rubbish as when I do the back arrow to go to the previous page it shuts down!! It's very slow and the favourites have lots of non favourites to try and tempt me plus it just annoys me when I am trying to find a favourite and when my delivery pass is up I will not be renewing!! It just goes backwards!! What was wrong with the original app? It had issues but nothing like this mess! The best thing about Asda is their drivers, really a credit to Asda.

App, bit if a hassle navigating menus but manageable. Main issues, crashes out constantly, about 6 times in 20mins, has problems checking out, often just won't after multiple attempts, doesn't tell you what if anything is wrong (guessing nothing as same details work on website), on switching to website occasionally automatically puts you back into the app. Not a 1 of occurrence, happens every time I place an order. Considering moving supermarket due to the frustration.

They recently updated the app and it is the worst update ever. There is no bottom to return to the previous screen. It means that every time you check an item you either buy it or leave the app to start the search again. I have been using the ASDA app for over 6 years. If they don't fix the issue soon. I will stop buying with them. This is ridiculous!
