Ratings and reviews

Be careful with using this app, through the years I have mostly liked this app. But, any time there is any real price movement the app has crashes or gives error messages. Also, they will randomly remove your ability to send your assets elsewhere. Support will give you basic responses like "Our tech team has recieved multiple complaints about this and will likely have a fix soon", but the fix doesn't happen for 1 to 5 weeks later. I have lost out on 10's of thousands of dollars because of them.

Was 5 stars...now 3. UI is really bad now. Why do I have to search for my card? It's not on Earn anymore? Also, today the app will not load. As Bitcoin sells off. How convenient. Got me wondering.... Update....lowered it to two stars. There has been no improvement, the app just sucks. UI is absolutely garbage and it just doesn't work a lot of the time. I have to close the app a lot to be able to buy something. It just doesn't work very well. It used to, but with each update it gets worse.

Very Disappointed -- First month everything went well. I was able to purchase and transfer as needed. However, my ability to use my debit card to purchase stopped 4-5 days ago. I got several conflicting messages about the reasons I couldn't use my debit card. Even after two escalation tickets, I still can't use any of my debit cards to make purchases. It appears to be a limit issue, but that isnt the real problem. Too bad, I liked Coinbase alot at first.
