A little confusing to use and the filtering is horrible! It forgets what you've chosen if you change one parameter. You cannot rely on concur to show you correct hotels based on your filtering and a lot of times you have to secondarily click on check price then come to find out it's either out of your price range filter you set or there is no availability on the hotel. Filtering should be sticky during your search. 08/05 automatic mileage capturing keeps starting itself and eating my battery.

I don't know how, but it keeps getting worse every time they update it! I still have to use the full website on my laptop for 25% of the expense reporting tasks, so it's not that useful. Travel booking is very limited. also very buggy. sometomes cant even get past the "authenticating" acreen Another step on the wrong direction. Virtually none of my receipts import correctly anymore To make things worse, I installed anti-tracking software and this app is constantly spying on you. Not cool.

Easily the worst app on my phone. Complete garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would . Since the new update it is unusable. Keeps crashing/not responding. Won't let me do anything now. Then when it does work it logs you out often ,and makes you jump through hoops to log back in. Fix this trash APP! Edit Update August 2024 . The app got even worse,now won't stop tracking.also stops tracking during trips when it does work. But it's become unusable now. Complete trash APP!
