DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. I have been trying to add my 10th & 12th Marksheets but I am continuously getting a notification that says - "No records found with the given information" (OR) "oops something went wrong . Please try again" This is highly frustrating as I have been trying for months now and there is no improvement at all.

DigiLocker is a good app. linking all my documents was easy, and for those which doesn't supported directly, I simply upload them to its drive and e-sign them through Aadhaar authentication, which works well as valid proof. As a student, it's a lifesaver for me, but ever since I started using a Samsung device, I no longer need to use it daily—with Samsung Wallet, I just access them there and only open DigiLocker when linking new docs.

I tried to load a document in DigiLocker, but I keep getting an error saying: Fetching Failed — Entered information does not match, please try again. No record available in issuer database for given document parameters. Even though I entered the correct details, the app keeps showing this error and doesn’t fetch the document. This makes the experience very frustrating. Please fix this issue so users can access their documents smoothly.
