So many bugs and most of the features are unusable. I can't raise a complaint, the text gets auto erased for few keywords and throws error at the end. There is no transaction history even after successful payment and doesn't reflect the transaction for pending bill due. Few of the sections randomly shows 'something is wrong' and says invalid registered number, where as I am already logged in . Pathetic as usual. Can't even rely on simple payment transaction, no email confirmation

The old app keeps redirecting me to the new app for bsnl fiber management. But this new app does not allow me to pay fiber bills (throws error), upgrade plans (no option), also it let me add someone else's account to the list of my accounts without any confirmation when I changed a digit by mistake. I was able to see all their details and there was also option to modify them.

For BSNL Selfcare App, I have created User ID and Password. But whenever I go to App, it asks for Mobile No. and OTP, thereafter. Why then you have permitted User ID and Password? Secondly the App is not permitting to register Landline Number (always postpaid only). It asks for OTP sent to my mobile whereas I give my LL number and then it says number is wring. Hence I find it difficult to make Bill payment thro App. Pl do the needful.
