Ratings and reviews

The app is ok when it comes to the booking of tickets but there are a couple of suggestions 1) The app does not open and starts showing that the USB DEBUGGING is enabled! when you just open the app and this is hoping after the last update received. 2) After booking the bus the passengers don't have the bus number or any other details which clarifies about the bus to be boarded from the pickup point so the passengers have to find the bus at the time of boarding.

Poorest Application and Management... If you are in a dilemma to do booking for any route, then don't do...better to visit the booking window....Poor guidance since the inception of the booking app managed by GSRTC....faced problems many times.... if you are not aware about the bus and your journey is important (exam or meeting), it is better to use other mode of transportation.

Please do not book tickets through the app. Kindly go to the bus stand and book them directly. I had booked a bus ticket for ₹500 with a scheduled departure at 1:00 PM, but my bus was changed, and the new departure time is now 12:15 PM. The app is showing incorrect reservation details, so please double-check timings at the bus stand , my 500rs wast.😡😡😡
