Ratings and reviews

Poor app. Missing key filters or search parameters. Ex: filter by company, or limit search specific airport or destination. It dumps a big list of records, and you need to filter. Page can't be loaded error appears at later stages before reaching payment page. Accordingly, all work is gone. Extra charges added without explanation. You discover this at the last stage even after you approve the CC payment OTP. The new total amount is included in SMS Extra Bggag details alwys mssng in app

Fraud app. I paid 472. 70 rs. For a train booking the booking was failed but the money not refunded. And a sum 795 was paid and the train was booked when I filed tdr because of not travelling I got the mail from irctc to get refund but make my trip not refunded the money. There are so many cases and so many customers who have been cheated by make my trip. I will complain against this app.

The trip guarantee is totally a scam, they keep the terms and conditions written in small letters below, and show a big advertisement. When you get the voucher, they give you 7 days' time, saying that the passenger should be the same, and the boarding and destination should be the same. It's useless. On a busy route, pre-booking for 2 to 3 weeks is available, then they have kept such capping and limitations on how to book a train within 7 days. I will never book through this application.
