I wrote some instructions then deleted it and wrote new ones but the original ones went through instead. It's a little clunky trying to find some items. I found everything I was looking for except mandarin oranges (cuties/halos/clementines). It's a mostly intuitive app, so that's a positive. Overall I'm happy to not have to go into the store, I'm just going to miss a few things.

The app seemed fine. I was excited that Staters finally had an app and is now offering grocery pickup. However, there's no explanation as to where or what the process is for pickup, just a text that lets you know when it's ready. Also, the pending charged amount is different than my receipt. At checkout, the app told me the total. My physical receipt was $20 more than that. The pending amount on my account is $48 more than my physical receipt, so there's 3 different totals for one purchase.

Quick, efficient, and NEVER a mistake like other companies. I built 2 carts to decide. 1 with Walmart and 1 with SB. SB actually came out cheaper! They also pick the best quality produce. I have actually received rotten or missing food from other companies, and the customer service was terrible. With SB, I am able to talk directly with the store if I have questions. It's a no-brainer to use SB.
