Very difficult to set biometric login... Next to impossible and getting otp on email is an ancient and out dated method... So my rating for the app is below average.... And trying to gettng assistance online is a waste of time and nothing happens... What is worse is calling the helpline... You get an IVR which totally sad... Really so much can be done to improve the entire customer experience... Wake up guys and get your act together before customers start moving out....

It's been more than a week but not a single segment has started. I got 20 calls every day to add funds. It was said that if you add funds, then all your segments will be active. I transferred 10k funds but still it is not activated. When the request for fund withdrawal was posted, it was cleared after 3 days.

I hav been using MO applocation (now MO RISE) since last 8 yrs...It was easy and very good application for short and long term investment.Its Research tips/advices are always helpful for investment.But in recent app update 'Research Ideas' have been blocked for customer and force them to shift to another subscription based application 'Research 360'.This is sudden and unjustified update in app. Please check this issue/update and resolve it ASAP. customer ID- VD0325
