Wrost app don't gave a proper guidance and not very helpful and most important is the network which is good earlier but now it is totally worst only thing is done by airtel is to hike the price of recharge not gave a quality of internet n calls . Thinking to switch to other brand then it just a waste of money and suggest others to switch ASAP. As around 20-25 I know who are ready to switch to other due it's bad performance.

I've been using the Airtel app for a while now and am incredibly disappointed with the user experience. The app is slow, and navigating through the interface is a nightmare. One of the most frustrating issues is the scheduling for agent support. It's been a week, and my problem is still unresolved. I encounter errors whenever I try to schedule a session with an agent. Getting any assistance when needed is impossible, making the whole purpose of having the app redundant.

Android app is not easy to use. Navigating through the app is confusing, and finding essential features is unnecessarily complicated. It's frustrating trying to complete simple tasks. It needs a major overhaul to improve user experience and usability.
