The only thing the app is good for is paying money to airtel. Whenever there is an issue, we can only talk to a useless chatbot that does nothing and there is no way to speak to customer care and they are so slow in fixing any issues that occur. Had a wifi outage for more than 24 hours now and I've only been able to speak to the chatbot which keeps extending the timeline every few hours without any explanation. Would rate it 0 if I could!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Airtel app and its service. My WiFi connection had issues starting on June 29, and despite multiple complaints, my problem was only resolved today, July 6. The response time is unacceptably slow, and the app did nothing to expedite the process. This level of service is not what I expected from a reputed provider like Airtel. The app is practically useless
