The options are very limited and the castomar support is terrible. Tried to contact them so many times with no luck. And everytime I try to lodge complaint against previous purchases, they clearly states, I don't have any recent purchase. They ship products in different instruments, and 2nd installment won't be shipped before the 1st one is delivered which is annoying. And now I am faced with the issue of paying the 1st installment where the 2nd one's payable amount is zero, hadn't shipped.

Very bad . It automatically adds a gift card worth 198 for which we have to pay 198 . I don't understand. Firstly it adds on its own once we place an order and what is the use of a coupon for which we are already paying. Even this app doesn't have a good service . No phone assistant only AI tools are used . Very bad experience. They don't even accept returns or give refunds . Just don't order from here . Rather go for nyka or purple .

Very bad customer support. There's no proper response for the query , no issues will be solved either through mail or through chat and there's no option to call and speak to customer support as well even if u wait for months n months . Giving upon this app jst for customer service. There were my products which I pre-paid and didn't receive even today . It's been 1 mnth and proper response from customer service as well . Very poor service and bad experience.
