IIlike PayPal I like the options that they have for banking. I like the comfortability of being able to send and receive funds. Also the safety and privacy measures that they hold to protecting you as a customer. I guess it could be tweaked a little, because depending who's using it it is a little difficult. It would be nice for the personal accounts to be set up like the business accounts when send/receive funds sort of like the "invoice" options it's much simpler.

Enshittification abound with the newest app update, which now shows you ads under the guise of "featured deals", and split up all the actually-useful info into other tabs, where before it was all laid out in one convenient landing page. I can't even see my credit card balance without scrolling anymore, they made sure the ads are the very first thing you see when you open the app, and the only thing you see without extra effort. Whoever designed, approved, and pushed this should be ashamed.

I have withheld my review for years. I wanted to make sure of my experiences, long term. I have had paypal for over 15 years. They have been professional, respectful, and helpful. The ONE thing I miss, that they used to have and no longer have were cash designations for certain subjects to save up for something (like saving "goals" for allowance or a car, etc.). However, they have excellent customer service, they have direct deposit, the money is insured, and I appreciate this company.
