They simply don't care about the driver. The driver couldn't know about the trip cost until at the end of the trip. At first they said they'll give some kind of incentive after completing 4 or more hires per day but that is a big lie. Can't tranfer our balance into our bank account but it reduces for our pick me account. Total rubbish. Not recommended. 👎👎👎

Worst customer service ever! Can't file a complain,.if we call to one number(hotline)they ask to call for another(Customer service)and they asking to call another one. No any quick and good response. Hard to get hires too. Worst experience ever! Today i called several time to customers service, even a single person didn't give a proper solution. If we recharge money to our account money need to reduce, but the same amount disappeared and can't find to get a single ride for past 4to5 days.

the distance between passenger location and my location is not count by the app. Sometime we have to go 6,7or more km to pickup passenger . It must be recorrect . App also should be driver friendly.
