Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Policybazar and would not recommend it to anyone. I had a bad experience with this platform and when I try to do the refund in policy it gives some weird technical error "could not execute statement; SQL [n/a]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not execute statement". I emailed the customer care that I want a refund immediately and the app isn't working, its giving this error, I have not received any reply

Terrible experience with Policy Bazaar. Took over 10 days just to raise a simple car insurance cancellation request. I had to call 3–4 times daily, and each time they falsely claimed it was done. Only when I insisted on staying on the call did they finally process it. Wasted my time, energy, and money. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating service. Not what you'd expect from a company that claims to simplify insurance.

I bought car insurance from Policybazaar because they said it was cheap. After I did a video, checked my ID, and finished other steps, I got the insurance paper. But I was shocked! The insurance was not in my name. It was in someone else's name, "Sathyan," whom I don't know. As soon as I saw this mistake, I called customer service. They told me, without much concern, to ask for a name change, which would take 15 more days. They didn't seem to care how big of a problem this was,
