I am unable to join the basic program. I raised the issue on the app, via email but no response. I gave a call on the helpline number and no one picked up. I called on the number provided here for app support and it turned out to be the wrong number. The customer support is zero. no way anyone can reach them

Not at all helpful. The structure of the program is very generic nothing personalised and they don't offer grabhsanskar classes as advertised. The app itself is not very intuitive and engages the user.

really worst app I used I paid money no one respond for anything not my question there is no support all thing only recorded no any live class I tried many time to connect but no one respond I applied for refund but no response
