Rate list of any trade is not refreshing in Android phone. We have to refresh so many time then new current value is show. In iPhone rate is refreshing in running time. Smc app not showing currently change of rate of trade. SMC ace is not compatible with Android operating system. In netpostion current rate which is running is not show. Other app of other companies working fine and show current rate of running profit and loss. Nifty current value is not show accurately. Due 2 problem m loss.

Don't know who has developed the app the company will run into loss. The app lacks lots of basic requirement eg Tracking of fund transfer or withdrawal requests, Fund transfer to ac takes lot of time even when fund is transfered through UPI bcuz of which takes time to trade. Help option in the app is only for namesake it shows andorid pic when clicked.

Not at all suitable to trade. Frequently hangs, prices n trade status dont get updated realtime which leads to wrong decisions, dont open many a time. Overall a very frustrating experince
