Unfortunately I have to update my rating from 5 star to 1 star... I did get the best deal while ordering S24 Ultra... However, it has not been delivered to me even after 8 days... There is an issue with the instant exchange option which is not getting resolved even after at least 15 attempts of connecting with Customer Care... There is absolutely no update from last 5 days... I am not even able to cancel the order... It's been a pathetic experience...

Multiple bugs in latest update! Can't even select/ touch the washing machine logo, can't select the search bar! I wanted to buy washing machine from the app but pathetic UX/ UI has made me purchase from Amazon! P.s. don't ask me to share details over email or whatever! I've already shared here whatever I got! GO FIX IT simple as that! ( You hurt a true samsung Fan!)

Lol, the worst app ever. Navigation doesn't work. Clicking top menu doesn't work. AI, smartphone don't even click. The offers are bad too. 5000 discount on hdfc cards only. Other apps offer more discount on top of that. They are just selling everything at direct price with low discounts.
