I don't like how when it's testing things it forces you to update the permissions to allow all the time. Like if you literally only need the microphone to test the microphone condition, then why isn't ask every time, which is what it was already set to, good enough? Why can't the pop-up just be asking me if you can use it, that time? I can go change the permissions afterwards, but they asked for the permissions in the middle, because they're counting on you not thinking about setting them back!!

I was having serious battery draining issues, I literally tried everything from clearing cache on every app to deleting apps, clearing history, new cords, new plugs, everything. None of that helped. Restarting did nothing. I read on reddit the diagnosis on this app fixes batteries and I didn't believe it. I did a full diagnostic on my phone, all checked good. Even better, my phone magically charges fine again. Saved me from buying new phone. It cleans and fixes! Thank you so much!!

The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.
