​I have been purchasing Samsung products for the past 20 years, and I have watched their customer service steadily decline. It has become so inefficient that there isn't even a contact phone number listed anywhere on their website. ​If you click "Contact Us," your only options are an AI bot or live chat. It doesn't matter which option you choose—both lead to complete dead ends. ​I’ve enjoyed using my Samsung Fold for years, and my satisfaction with the hardware is the only reason I've endured

I am very sorry about this... but... This app is very slow and when I press on something it does not open up right away especially since it takes more than 1 minute just to open because... it still does not open until I close the app. This app would get a 5 star if it updates and runs more efficiently. That's my review! 3 stars unfortunately until it updates and gets better and then I will edit it. Keep working harder Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Peace Out Y'all!

I can click a post inside the app & then it gives me an error that I have to go to the web. I have a server error issue for several days already where I can't make a new post. I can sometimes reply but it takes several tries. You log in with the password, it asks you to verify with a pin that is a pop up and goes away what happens when you can't remember all the numbers? You have to start again & it still asks me to verify on my device.
