I ordered a phone, earbuds and a watch from this app. The phone came in and was fine. The earbuds and the watch did not I am still fighting with customer support to cancel the watch on the order.After a month and a half of no communication, no amount of customer service. On top of that, every time I call customer service, even when I let them do everything that they can do to help me take hang app in the middle of them supposedly trying to help me. Do not buy anything with this app!

App opened until a week ago but even then I had to use the web browser instead because difficult to navigate to product in the app. Now the app no longer works on my Galaxy Ultra 25 Cleared data, all permissions allowed, phone is up to date, and reinstalled app. Support told me to do the same steps that I already completed before reaching out. The last thing they said was to perform a factory data reset...absolutely not! Samsung needs to do better.

It's easy to shop and order on the Shop app but the cart and discount calculation is NEVER the same! My tablet came in at $96 more than my phone for the same order! Crazy! I placed the order on my phone. The numbers never calculate the same way if you exit and go back. I don't know why. Be careful!
