The app was great until it updated. I used to be able to log into my Samsung account that's linked to my work email to get access to discounts and rewards points but I can't anymore. Now it is impossible for me to use the points I have built up and my discounts. The only solution right now is for me to use my work account as the main account on my phone. Please just make it so I can have separate accounts again.

app use to be better. now it's hard to navigate and I can no longer switch accounts. this is the absolute worst. I relied on that feature the most. I can no longer use the app since to shop with my other account I have to use the web browser. I expect better from Samsung. you had the feature. fix it and I will readjust my rating. until then the app will no longer get used.

I don't know what has been wrong with this app but when I try to select the device I am trying to trade in, the drop down menu will not come up at all, this has been a problem for WEEKS. I even Uninstalled then reinstalled it and it is still a problem so there is an inherent problem with the app the Samsung still hasn't fixed.
