I really like the ability to see tickets on-the-go. This is great for when I'm traveling. I really wish I could filter on more than 6 items at a time. I would also like the ability to only see my tickets and those assigned to my team simultaneously (as opposed to all teams with unassigned).

I am unable to view my child tickets within the parent ticket on Android. It seems to work on IPhone only, which makes it unhelpful for the on the go access.

The app does not work in real-time. New tickets are visible only after refreshing. Even closed and open tickets update only when refreshed. It requires frequent manual refresh. Please fix this issue in the upcoming update."
