Ratings and reviews

Great app with a lot of potential, but the bugs just prevent it from improving. PLEASE fix the issue with adding a new card to your payment method. This has been present for months, and it's very disappointing to see that you haven't fixed it yet; especially with how Covid has encouraged digital payments. There's also the issue with the app strangely changing the delivery address you input once the order has been placed, which makes me have to edit the order again to change the address.

Worst app with worst services. First of all, they don't have a call support to ask for queries or services related things. Moreover the delivery partner first accepted the order and then denies the service. Also he was not ready to cancel the order as this might have charged him. He asked me to cancel which I did and there is still no tab to ask for refund or know the status about it. That was soo frustrating

One of the worst experience I had using your services. My order was picked at 3:30 pm and it's been over 3 hours still there is no sign of delivery. As per the tracker, the delivery guy is off track somewhere in Kurla east whereas the order delivery address is for Jogeshwari west. I called him and he says that it would take him more time. I have used your service to send food. If the food goes bad then what's the point of me using express service. Can't even speak to human via call or chat.
