Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. It tells me that the email address has not been validated, so you must re-register. When I re-register it tells me that the login and password combination is incorrect. If you request a password reset, it allows you to reset it but still won't work. Calling customer support gets you nowhere. Don't waste your time.

Why create this app? It tells you the same info as the website. At least on the website you do not need to register your email address. They will email you anyways when your vehicle arrives anyways. This app does not add any value or additional information. I would like to see the name of the vessel your vehicle is on. They could also include a link to a map that would track the vessel.

Starts Off on the Wrong Foot! This app unfortunately will not allow me to log it. It says you need to register your email, which has been done several times, but will then go on to say that my log-in info does not match. The IAL Service Representative that helped shipped my told me that this app could help me track my car, but I knew it was too good to be true. Unfortunately this app sucks balls!!
