Ratings and reviews

The site and the App crash all the time. You get constant error messages and the only way to fix it is to delete and reinstall the app and that does not always work. Going through the browser, It is very slow and often errors. The note section in several areas have limited characters making it hard to document concerns. It will time you out while you are literally typing a note and then you will lose everything you have written. I would not use this app if I didn't have to. -10 star

This is the most horrendous time keeping and charting app I have ever encountered. Either location doesn't register, it's slow to load, doesn't record clock in/out properly, or won't let you clock in all together. Now it won't allow me to access my internal company email. Ugh I hate working with this app!!

The idea of the app is Great, but there are some issues with it as well. Im not sure if it depends on the type of cell you have....but it has not once let me log out at work. Im unable to save my tasks or end my visit because the copy right is right on top of the buttons. I have had to drive home and do my tasks and end the visits using someone elses cell. Also, it would be great to be able to save your hours that you have worked for the week and any messages you sent out on the app.
