The app used to work okay (but never perfectly) on my pixel 6. But since getting a pixel 8 it's super buggy. The map won't load (though you can see the charger pins) so you're left guessing as to which one you need. And when you try and confirm a charge it just hangs up. I ended up going round and round in circles trying to get it to connect but no luck. I gave up in the end! It's particularly annoying as the chargers at work are BP ones, but now I can't use them.

It works fairly well most of the time. Compared to the likes of PodPoint, which is generally cheaper with Tesco's for destination charging, starts the charge automatically and gives a 15-minute grace period to confirm the charge, there's some way yet to go. Pros +Network reliability has been improving +Most common for destination charging Cons -Customer service responsiveness could be better -App isn't the most reliable and can be a let down -Generallly not the cheapest rates

This app simply does not work. Not only does the vehicle not charge, but the app gives you contradictory information, showing charging when charging it clearly is not. It also will not allow me to disconnect my cable from the car, meaning I'm stuck in this carpark. This is definitely feeling like BP would like to put people off EVs so they continue to rely on fossil fuels.
