Easy, fast, and intuitive. Rent your e-moped now.

Locate the nearest rental e-moped on the app map and click “Reserve”.

Once in front of the e-moped, swipe to start the ride. All our e-mopeds come with two approved and insured helmets, sizes M and L.

Ready to go: press START on your e-moped and ride. Remember to follow safety rules and respect other road users.

Arrive at your destination and park properly, following city regulations.

Store the helmet and in the app, "Swipe to finish". You’ll be asked to take a photo of the e-moped correctly parked.

Super easy to set up. I went to Milan and needed a way to get around. It was my first time on a moped, and I even had a passenger! The moped was easy to control and the app was intuitive. I was really pleased. Just a heads-up, make sure to put the helmets back in the case before you end the ride, because you can't do it after. I had to start another ride just to open the case, but luckily I wasn't charged extra.

worst customer service. I wrote on the bot and via email for a refund (respecting the constraints). After 20 days I haven't received any reply.

scooters are cool and agile. perfect for a night ride in paris. There is always a problem with the app and scooter connection when finishing a ride. Not recommended if you are in a hurry. Better a bicycle if you need to speed and park fast.
