Ratings and reviews

So if you guys cannot verify something as simple as my email address, how can I trust you with my money? I have received the verification email multiple times and anytime I click on verify email in my inbox, I get a message that verification was unsuccessful!!! I had to do it multiple times before it was successful...definitely not a good start!! I noticed someone already gave similar feedback in the past but it seems the issue still persists.

The app is excellent, but I'd like to see an improvement in the way notifications are handled. It would be more user-friendly if clicking on the notification took me to a relevant page or tab on the app that elaborates on the notification, allowing me to take appropriate action and not just disappear!

I wish the local currency equivalent of the funds I have, would display underneath the dollar equivalent amount, instead of me having to manually click on the button to switch the currency displayed. Secondly when activating the Naira stocks, the app would not allow me to type my address in full because there is a character limit. The developer should take note that residential addresses can be very long in Nigeria and are used for verification purposes. Hence, they must be typed out in full.
