The Radio Kyivstar application is available free of charge for all users, and for Kyivstar subscribers, traffic in the application is not charged on the territory of Ukraine (except when using additional software with encryption of Internet traffic, in particular VPN tunnels and / or proxy servers).
The application only works when connected to the mobile Internet or Wi-Fi.
