The update to the app at the beginning of the year made has made it the absolute worst app experience. Previously, in store, after you perused the case and ordered, you scanned a code from the app under a reader at check out to pay and got your points. Easy peasy. It's now the most UNuser friendly process. No longer can you pay directly from the app in store. You must now order ahead and then get a code to show the cashier so they punch it in in order to get points. Why???

Absolutely awful app! With the old app,you were able to easily add funds and actually spend them. I added funds, and you can't even order ahead of time using those funds. If you can, no one seems to know how at their stores. I have contacted their customer service numerous times, and no one replies. I'll just go elsewhere going forward and just eat the $20 I loaded.

This app is laughably bad. Tip is added automatically and cannot be adjusted, every latte MUST have a dairy modification, if you order a 6 pack you must select 6 unique varieties; obviously nobody bothered to test this garbage app. It's like they hired their tech team off Temu. UPDATE- this app is still trash. Does no one from Stan's leadership team own a phone to test this POS???
