when you back up it takes you completely out and you lose what was in your cart. The store can't figure it out either they've tried many times. if you put something in your card and you're in the app it should stay there. So please figure out why I had to do this order four times. and I had to split it up and do a separate order for a salad because when you back up it deletes both of my pizzas.

Honestly, there is always "geolocation error" when trying to find my location, Half the time, the deals don't work and says "can not be found," every time I try to log on, it now says that they can't find my information & then sends me 4 emails for a password change I never requested. Update: 9/11/2026 app still has all the same issues and sucks even more ☠️ I can add and remove the same exact coupon to the exact same order multiple time and get multiple different prices..is it $46,$22 or$18?🥴

they've completely screwed up the app. even when you've logged in you need to enter all your info 3 or 4 times. instead of going through your OS for credit cards to pop up you need to hunt down your wallet to manually key it in and they give you the full keyboard instead of just the numeric one. this was a hassle and a half.
