Everything was fine until the last update. I'm obliged, due to work, to have two phones and now the app can only work on one phone. Contacted 2121 said that's how it works now, only one trusted device. I understand that it's related to safety but too much safety can become restricting to customers, so at least let customers set the number of trusted devices via 2121 or directly through the agency. Pretty disappointing since now apps are becoming very important to make any kind of transaction.

hello Pocket Bank Team.. after last update the application perfomance went down .. it's lagging esp. for paiement transaction after replacing the OTP with the secret code now it is taking ages before the transaction is closed.. some of the transaction I've had bookmarked trigger the app to crash whenever I click them. I've also experienced some random crashes which I cannot associate with a visible action I've did Switching now to the laptop to pay my bills hopping that you'll fix this very soon

Since the last update, I'm locked out of the app, everytime I log in it detects my phone to be a new a device, even if already registered it to be a safe device more than once, and since it logs my device multiple times as new, it reaches the limit of allowed devices for the account, and my only choice is to disconnect.
