Always open also provides support for booking reception visits with Doctors, Nurses and meetings for psychosocial support with Region Stockholm - Gotland's care services.

What a frustrating app! It would get more than 5 starts for uselessness. I would give this app negative stars if possible. Basic thing while interacting with background database which is accessed by multiple calls is to lock certain rows for few seconds. In this app, a vaccine center shows vacancy and after 1 sec it's gone. If a time is available by the time it is selected, it's gone in next fraction of second. And what exactly that date bar with left and right arrows doing? It just adds to uselessness. No selecting other dates, no showing timings but just greyed out. Invest some time in showing available dates and timings at least for 10-15 sec so that the app actually does what it is supposed to do.

Does not support BankID unless on the same device. No cross device or stand alone solutions work. Also requires access to location for reasons unexplained. All services offered could have been handled by a web page, and the app is infact no more than a browser for a website locked to it. But forcing it into an app opens for more data harvesting so I can at least appreciate the hustle. Don't let a good tradgedy go to waste.

Terrible UX and customer support. Do NOT rely on this app for appointments - use the paper or text sent to you as a reference instead. The app showed the incorrect time for my appointment, and according to customer service "nothing is wrong with the app" 🤡
