For pickup orders on the app it will refuse your payment and give you an error message if you don't include the tip. The coupon I used is only good for pickup orders So I had to go pick up my order and leave a tip for what exactly? If I could have used the coupon for delivery I would have left a bigger tip. But since I had to go pick it up and still was forced to leave a tip in order to place my order and use the coupon my tip was a lot smaller...

Regular pizza ordering is fine but there are some annoying bugs. There doesn't appear to be a way to actually submit your password reset request (had to go to the website) and the text box for the tip cuts off the first several digits of the tip. For example, I chose the 20% tip option and for a moment, it looked liked I was going to only tip 0.80 until I realized it was cutting off the first two digits.

The app didn't let me click my auto fill, every time I tried it clicked me out of the app. It didn't verify what was wrong with my info until after it was all inputted in and then when it would send me back to correct it then it wiped the whole thing clear. I finally got fed up with it and just put it in as a guest order. It did the same thing with my card info at the end. Buah!!! Super frustrating! I thought technology was supposed to make things quicker
