The app and convenience it brings is great. But don't ever sign up for auto top-up. The hassle to refund an expired auto top-up cashcard is terrible. You cannot get the card refunded until the auto top-up has been cancelled. Nothing will happen when you cancel via a terminal. You have to contact customer service. The auto top-up cancellation takes a month. Then you can get your cashcard refunded at an ATM or station. If you misplace/lost your expired cashcard in the meantime, money gone.

Honestly, such a horrible and frustrating app to use, ALL THE TIME. Very buggy, cannot detect card, no network connection, whatever kind of issues you can think of, it always happens when using the app. Can't believe after many years still zero improvement. Nowhere near the standard and consistency of Malaysia's TNG app, which works so much smoother, faster, and seamlessly. App rubbish. The manual top up station also rubbish. Find myself in difficult situation with this Nets all the time.

Good example of how not to do software releases. To add a NETS Card you have to enter a 16 digit card number. The app already hardcoded the first 6 digits (which are wrong) and hence you can't fill in all 16 digits. DUH! And the APP asks for Validity and CVV which are no longer printed on new cards. Which is why I need to link it in the 1st place. Don't you guys do QA on your software before release?
