Ratings and reviews

Up until February it was working properly. After that, it's been lagging by days. Sometimes my ticket scan points don't add up. Neither do the game (earn) points on the app. I spent over $400 on scratch tickets yesterday. I just scanned them, of course, out of all, I only won $20. Second chance gave me more than 1000 points at scan. The points didn't register in the app. What gives?! Not NC!

Fine when it works*. I don't know what they did with the most recent update(s) but since it updated a week or so ago, it refuses to login. When it does login, it keeps claiming I'm not in North Carolina, even though it's pinging my location, and then immediately logs me out. A bit frustrating, but before that it was a largely fine app.

Dysfunctional... It's makes sense to upgrade an app when needed, but these developers keep missing the mark. Navigating this app is awkward and broken, with a focus on the new digital games. The scanner doesn't work... again, and customer service is basically useless. With billions of dollars coming to the state, you'd think the app would be better.
