Hard Rock has become such a joke across the sports betting sector. first, the app problems. The app refuses to log me in via biometrics. The app also has problems verifying my location, meaning I have to constantly close out and restart. The lines are very sharp, and their boosts/bonuses are some of the worst in the sector now. A year ago, I would have rated this one of the best books on the market. Now, it's not. their customer service is also non-existent. both in app and on social med.

location issues are frequent and unnecessary. it would take me over an hour to be outside of playable locations, but while im using the app it will regularly tell me that my location isnt allowed, even though it is constantly verifying my location. if in an instant, it has any issue with your location, it will error out. please fix this or I won't be able to continue playing.

I keep having issues with deposits and withdraws. Customer service is the worst. Best way to go about that is email. I wasn't having the issue for a few hrs and here i go again. then I'm told they'll give me a bonus for the hassle and I've yet to get that. but here i am again having the same issue with my deposits. was fine all day until a few minutes ago. back to square one
