This app angers me. It is clinically wrong. Real sleep breathing patterns involve long breaks between breaths, while your lungs are fully relaxed. This app tells you hold your breath for too long, so you're gasping for breath... But no, there's no catching your breath, you're supposed to hold it again. This leaves me feeling panic, which stimulates the adrenals, which yields the complete opposite of the desired sleepy result. Bad technique, bad science!

Hello Robyn, don't be upset. Being upset will likely stimulate your adrenals too! If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean it won't work for everyone else who can hold their breath. Consider doing some meditation to decompress :)

It is a easy and simple app to follow for both busy and elderly people. It not only helps in sleep but also long run lung function for better immunity against any virus. It also can help during any important or stressful interviews or examination or appointments.

I am a firm believer of getting a good night sleep for you to function the next day. Getting a good sleep is also very important for your physical and mental well being in general. This application is a great investment to do just that. I use this app on a daily basis and I never fail to get my beauty sleep which keeps me up and alive the next day. Highly recommend if you want to get rid of that unhealthy habit of bad sleep quality! Good job app maker!
