The app will not work with my gravity smoker. It just cycles through connecting Bluetooth, finds the grill, wants me to name the grill, searches for wifi, and then I log in the network. It finally says it is all set up, but it goes right back to the beginning. This app worked great last year when I got the grill. The last few times that I used the grill, the app has only done this.

App functions well, but it needs a few things that are real headaches; 1) Range is pretty short. This is probably because of Bluetooth, but more than a 30-40 ft range through walls would be nice. 2) The Gravity Series Grill I have has a bad tendency to lose continuity at one of the door switches, which turns off the fan and causes the temp to drop. There NEEDS to be some notification of when this happens by the app--Otherwise you have to watch the temp on the app like a hawk. Very inconvenient!

Unironically, this might be the worst app I've ever had. I've had a smoker for nearly 2 years, and the app has gotten worse as years went on. We are now at the point where it doesn't even connect to the smoker anymore. I mean that literally, endless loading. I suppose I should give it a 1 since it literally doesn't work, but I gave an extra one simply because it used to work. Thankfully I have different Bluetooth thermometers so I don't need to utilize the app. If I did, I'd be screwed.
