Chat feature is very laggy. All agents in Iraq will change your flight within an hour max. It's taking Sindibad more than 12 hours to change mine. update 1: 2 hours until takeoff and they still haven't processed the cancellation. update 2: they replied 1 hour before the flight saying it's non refundable. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have booked another flight from another vendor!

First the flight was delayed almost 6 hours which didn't work for my schedule and when I asked for rescheduling to an earlier date they wanted to charge me exactly the same amount for the original ticket as a rescheduling fee and they refused to cancel the ticket and refund me. Had to lose the tickets money as I can't go at that later time and booked another earlier flight from another place.

I gave Sindbad 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations! The app is user-friendly, fast, and makes booking flights so easy. I was able to find the best deals quickly, and the entire process from searching to checkout was smooth. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience when booking flights!!!
