Only Spotify allowed (meaning you can only mix spotify it literally says it in app stop saying its not it is)? On an app that allows you to choose and mix the sound output? I was so excited for this app, but it's even less usable than just that it constantly disconnects (as in were paired and disconnected did you even read the review? And pairing mode still cant be found) and "can't find" the earbuds connected to my phone the ones specifically listed in app tried three different pairs.

Hey SKULLCANDY!! Since the last update, the app NO LONGER connects to my Push Active earbuds. FIX WHATEVER YOU BROKE!!! Using a Samsung Galaxy 23 with all the most recent software updates. I have used Skullcandy products for 12 years now and the sound quality is excellent. I do not want to switch products because of your poor app functions.

Edit 7/3/24: App has finally started working and I must say...the ability to customize to MY hearing is HUGE. Love it, Skullcandy. It doesn't work. Plain and simple. I'm using a Note 20 5g with the Indy ANC buds. App SEES them, simply won't connect. No reason given, just a fail. Horrible app. With how many issues I have with this system lately, an iPhone looks more and more appealing. Bet it works great on there.
