not being able to switch devices because of compatability is a turnoff. how can I switch devices when I can no longer USE the device to log on?

Very annoyed and disappointed..the app simply stopped and told me it was no longer compatible with my device. I now cannot do any banking whatsoever. 😠 🤬

Please add the ability to add payees in the app. Additionally, the ability to take a screen shot of a confirmed transaction just completed in the app (as I can from my online acct) is needed. If not a screenshot in the app, please provide another way to quickly provide proof of payment, with out having to write down a confirmation #. When on the go, and suddenly needing to send an online transfer, currently doing so on the app is such a DRAG because of the abovementioned.
