Terrible app. If it does actually load a page, its often blank or buttons don't actually work when you click on them. FIX IT.

Love that they pushed an update to change the icon of the app, but it's still one of the most unusable apps I have come across. Half the time when you press anything it doesn't register, I just tried booking an appointment through the app and it soft locks on confirm appointment. Load times are worse than dial up, on any connection. Overall using the app feels like trying to multitask on a laptop from the 90s, although that would be faster. I assume it has good features but it's still loading

Absolutely garbage. I've been forced to use this for the past 2 years and it has barely improved. All kinds of usability issues, such as timing out in the middle of a claim causing you to lose all the information you just entered. I recently tried using this app across multiple phones to submit a claim, and it keeps clearing my selection not allowing me to proceed with the claim. Cannot call customer service as they are on strike. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.
