-The UI doesn't scale correctly in some parts related to accounts, so it's almost impossible to review or amend -The service has problems ensuring that you can actually receive calls at, it seems, random times -If you close your account, any credits you might still have is not refunded to you. They keep your money

boy oh boy where do I start, first of all who even thought of creating this monstrosity of an app. nothing works the app is slow, customer service is very poor and the app itself just puts the cherry on top. I tried paying for my account 4 days in a row and at the end of the top up it gives me error and yes I have the money in my bank account, I tried using Chrome to pay for it, I Uninstalled the app and even restarted my phone but nothing works. DON'T USE LUCKY MOBILE FOR UR OWN GOOD. 🤢🤮❌👎

Application requires me to check info from other apps, but this app reset my progress, and it locks me out of applying until I call customer service. I also wasn't allowed to get into my acct until porting day, but my previous provider deactivated me already. Now I somehow ended up having 2 accts, 10+ msgs saying that my acct is suspended, and I got charged at the Bell shop for my porting problem, which customer service said could be solved for free. Also, offers in ads & app aren't consistent.
