Totaly regret paying for travel coverage . No peace of mind with this "insurance". I have tried several times to access this site and more often than not ,it does not work. I had to send them an email to get access. So it's reasonable to wonder if in case of an emergency the multitude of phone numbers that you are given actually work or even answered. Email first before treatment ??!! If this was an emergency , these folks are not home . From reading the reviews I am not alone .

I'm disappointed in this app. Feels quite outdated with multiple known issues that are not getting addressed. When calling for help I'm told this and that is not working. Like unable to view claims history, or pending claims. If shopping around, Manulife has an amazing working app.

I have been submitting the exact same receipts from the exact same pharmacy for years. recently I have been denied several times due to "missing information " on the receipts. Add to that an unacceptableincrease in wait times for "processing".... it has become Increasingly difficult to deal with Blue Cross
