I don't think VCB is doing a great job with their digital transformation. They need to fix a lot of stuff, but they don't seem ready to change, and I wonder if they even read these reviews.

Tried to log in, app says "Change your password." But to change my password, I have to register biometrics. To register biometrics… I have to log in. Amazing. A security system so good, even the owner can’t get in.
