Ratings and reviews

This app does pay out and has customer support if there are issues-very important. The times I've had an issue, support has helped. Others in my household also participate, and I joined after hearing of their positive experience. Not all options are the same for me as them, particularly, I don't receive activity groups, but there are plenty of game apps as well as competitions and surveys to help you meet your goals. All in all, a good program.

I like Rewarded Play because it is an app that really is as advertised. Points are earned in a variety of ways, including time played and also for reaching goals in each game. You can also earn points for taking surveys. Points can be cashed in for great gift cards. Any time I have needed to contact customer support, I have received prompt attention to and resolution of my problem. This is definitely one of my favorite apps.

I used to love this app (5 stars). Now I'm just frustrated and have dropped the review to 2 stars. I'm having more and more issues with it tracking the time that I'm playing. It takes 20+ minutes to reach 5 recorded minutes. Plus I'm having to contact customer service frequently because it isn't tracking my progress for goals. I hope this can be fixed since I've made a lot of money over several years and don't want to have to find a different cash app.
