Very bad online service and very poor customer service support with no communication skills experience at all. After sale support is ZERO specially with the defected items. No time respect. No time respect. No proper coordination between the teams. My first and last time to deal with just place.

The worst ever! One star is too high. I ordered a TV unit from Danube app. I received it with a manufacturing defect. Have been trying to reach out to them so many times, and no one has replied! The customer care number they provide you is not at all responsive. Their WhatsApp team is the rudest! They don't answer you and suddenly close the chat. I do regret shopping at Danube. The worst experience. I am not doing it again for sure.
