I had ordered 2 jackets and one of them was missing in the parcel. I have called the customer care multiple times and everytime they say they'll get within 3 days but they never did. I haven't even got my refund amount for the missing item. Didn't expect this from a well known brand. Never shopping again on Max Fashion.

there has been a scam repeating twice for me. Me being an elite member, I have purchased many products from Max and hardly one or two are returned. now I am not able to return and app is showing unusual activity from my account. I had to go to the store for return. there comes the 2nd scam. even after paying from upi, the delivery invoice comes with payment mode wallet and refund comes to wallet. so to utilise the money, I need to go through this scam one more time. this has happened to me twice

worst shopping experience ordered product due to some issues tried to cancel the order which is not happening later on called customer support and raised complaint no proper response it's been the 7th day every time I call I get a response wait for 24 hrs my order is pre-paid order amount is also stuck no response even to mail holding my money i won't get any extra to keeping it there never going to shop in app again don't reply to this comment through your ai prompt if possible slove the issue
