I am very disappointment with the customer service I received at your T. Nagar branch on 6th july. I visited the store to take advantage of the "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" offer on Basics brand shirts, as advertised on the wall. I selected four shirts, expecting to pay for two and receive two free. However, at the billing section, the staff informed me that some of the shirts I selected were not part of the offer, despite being displayed under the offer sign. This was very confusing and misleading.

I have placed a lot of orders before, and was happy that they delivered proper products. But now they started charging convience charges for every order. I am fine paying the extra fee if I am getting proper service. But this time, they missed a product from my order. And since it was non returnable, after many calls, they took 20 days to give me a coupon code for the missing item price. And guess what, now I need to pay extra convience charges to buy something with that coupon within 2 months.

Giving three star because there is a bug. I don't know why QA team didn't tested that. When you scroll down on home page and on the man section when you will click on view all that will show woman page. And for woman section when you will click on view all that will show man page. Kindly see that and correct it.
