I downloaded this to look at the menu and maybe order ahead if the option was available. The option isn't available, unlike most chains, but that's fine. However, the menu is too small to read on a phone, and you can't zoom in. That's a huge oversight. Not only that, but you can buy things on the app, just nothing from the menu. Apparently, there's a useless, shameless merch store. Lastly, it had an ad for the Aroma Joe's app IN THE AROMA JOE'S APP!!! This app is nothing but disappointment.

It worked fine for ages, but one day began to crash when I would go into the rewards tab. Support looked into it, advising me that after a while they couldn't find the problem and were closing out the ticket though they would still be examining the issue. I do receive emails regarding promotions, but it would be nice to be able to see my available rewards again without the app crashing. The rest of the app is fine.

The app keeps crashing and I have tried for 2 days to uninstall ,install ,force stopped several times , cleared data,cache sent feedback etc. Nothing I try is working. It closes suddenly when I try to see my rewards . I can still use the loyalty to pay at least. Please fix this issue. I believe it's on your end at this point. I've done all I can do to solve it on my end .
